The Loose Ring allows for immediate release and relief from tongue and bar pressure. The bit is immediately reset to a neutral position in the horse’s mouth.

The Lock-Up Snaffle removes the nut cracker action of a regular snaffle. It is a good choice for a horse with a sensitive tongue, as it reduces tongue pressure. This snaffle is designed so that the underneath of the link is smooth, thus eliminating a pressure point on the tongue. This bit are also curved so that they fit the shape of the horse’s mouth.

The blue sweet iron mouthpiece from Bombers Bits oxidises easily, creating a warm, sweet taste that promotes salivation and acceptance of the bit.
